Born Rose Ellen Olson to Ellen and Herman in 1901. Rose was born and raised in Minneapolis alongside her parents and 6 siblings. She married John Paulson in 1921 and they had two children, John and Marlys.

Did you Know...

Rose never learned how to drive.
She loved to watch Wrestling on TV.
She loved to cook and always had an apron on.
She cleaned fish with her sister Pansy at Darling Dude Ranch
She picked out her own furniture for the first time when she moved to the Crystal Apartment Building.
