Our Story

PF Properties is a family-owned business with deep roots in the Twin Cities. For over 70 years we’ve taken pride in the fact that our business is built on personal relationships, customer service and exceeding expectations.

Cambridge Apartments

Our founding name was Cambridge Apartments, Inc. (which remains the legal business entity), but as the business evolved into a more comprehensive and diverse property portfolio, we felt the name "PF Properties" more accurately reflected who we are and what we own and operate.
